Placing orders for raw materials arranging stock transfers and following these through to the receipt of the finished goods samples.This role is a 2 month fixed term contract. Hybrid working applies to this role - 3 days per week from the office maximum 2 days per week from home. Sample Team responsibilities:Raise purchase orders for raw materials for prototyping trials sealed samples bulk and pressRaise finished goods POs for all factories for bulk and press samplesProcess the receipt of all raw materials and finished goods that are shipped from suppliers/factoriesArrange stock transfers from various sampling warehousesAssist with stock take for all external factoriesContinually update factory trackers for all sampling shipmentsLiaise with suppliers and factories daily providing/requesting updates on status of materials and finished goodsProcess invoices for accountsAdhoc system stock maintenanceOther responsibilities:Any ad hoe tasks that are required by the team without compromising the main responsibilities noted aboveCulture:- Embrace and demonstrate the Mulberry values and behaviours: honesty dynamism and a community-oriented spirit.- Support Mulberry to deliver an inclusive culture through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others and understanding that your views opinions and experiences may not always be shared by your colleagues.- Act as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand.Sustainability:- As a certified B Corp we are committed to using business as a force for good.
