A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sample Assistant to join our in-house Studio team. This role supports our Sample Manager with the day-to-day management of our samples to support our creative teams. You will help with processing product coming into our office from our suppliers, warehouse and from our shoots.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for unpacking, barcoding, logging, hanging and storing samples in locations.
- Working with health and safety best practice.
- Processing samples in a timely fashion to ensure the smooth running of our shoots.
- Organising removal of product when no longer needed.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working with product in a studio or stockrooms within retail.
- The ability to build strong and effective relationships across our creative teams.
- Experience collaborating at all levels combined with the ability to listen and problem solve.
- Some experience using a sample systems tool to manage samples or stock
