B Bagel is looking for a **Part Time Sampling Assitant**, to serve samples and promote our band across our locations for **3 hour shifts**, **5 days a week.**

B Bagel is a growing business with a vision to be the UK’s leading bagel brand. Our mission is to bring the contemporary celebration of bagels to London, driven by our core values of quality, generosity, people and good vibes only.

As a Sampling Assitant you will act as an ambassador for the brand, by working across various locations and serving samples of our products during lunchtime hours. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, provide product samples, and convey key information about the brand. The goal is to create a positive brand experience, driving consumer interest and increasing product awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Sampling**: Distribute product samples to consumers during peak hours, promoting sales and encouraging customers to try new menu items.
- **Customer Engagement**: Approach potential customers, answer questions, and provide detailed information about the brand, product features, and benefits.
- **Brand Representation**: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with the B Bagel brand, image and values.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers regarding the product and overall experience and report it to the marketing team.
- **Sales Support**: Encourage sales by informing customers of current promotions, discounts, or product availability at partnering stores.
- **Reporting**: Provide reports on sampling promotions, including the number of consumers engaged, feedback received, and any issues encountered.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with diverse audiences.
- **Outgoing Personality**: Friendly, approachable, and confident in approaching new people.
- **Knowledgeable**: Ability to quickly learn product details and articulate them to consumers.
- **Salesmanship**: A persuasive nature with the ability to influence purchase decisions.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a positive and professional appearance that reflects B Bagel's good vibes and high standards of customer service.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work short three hour shifts, five days a week Usually on weekdays but with occasional weekend.
- Previous experience in customer service, promotions, retail, or sales is preferred but not always required.
- A student, or someone with an interest in a career in marketing would be ideal for this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
