The purpose of this role is to optimise the organisation's use of the cloud systems and platforms. You will play a crucial role in supporting various teams, managing external supplier contracts, optimising system functionality, overseeing system integration, and ensuring the security and stability of the organisations' business systems.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Knowledge of how a workplace runs is built on a diverse range of platforms.
  • Understanding the principles that maintain system security.
  • Understanding of and commitment to the DPA and GDPR.
  • Experience of managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators
  • Experience of administering a wide range of business systems, including HR and Finance Systems.
  • Experience of managing contracts and relationships with suppliers
  • Experience of leading technology projects
