About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with various teams to understand and fulfil their system and platform needs.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and other departments to ensure smooth communication and understanding of requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Manage day-to-day operations of our cloud and server-based systems, including major business systems like HR and finance platforms.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain robust cybersecurity measures.
- Provide technical advice for seamless integration of business systems with our technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support departments in maximising the functionality of their systems.
- Maintain and update system documentation and user manuals.
- Conduct regular system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Manage contracts with external suppliers and evaluate their performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Propose contract improvements and cost-saving measures.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of diverse platforms and system security principles.
- Experience managing SLAs and KPIs with external business systems providers.
- Proven ability to administer a range of business systems, including HR and finance systems.
- Excellent organisational and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with users at all levels.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of current audio-visual technologies.
