PE Global are currently recruiting for Regional Co-Coordinator for a contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client. Different locations in the following areas: Nottingham, Lincoln, Birmingham, Staffs, Leicester, Northampton, Coventry and Warwick.

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the seamless execution of your region’s speaker meetings and independent meetings while upholding our standards of quality and compliance. Additionally, you will coordinate Medical Education Associate programs in the region, contributing to the professional development of HCPs. Moreover, you will actively work to alleviate the administrative burden on Territory Business Managers (TBMs) in the region and work with the head office team to manage the process for local HCP sponsorships within your region to national and international congresses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of independent meetings. Working closely with the TBMs in your region to select valuable independent meetings to sponsor and oversee the LGC approval process from end-to-end.
  • Collaborate closely with TBMs in the region specializing in Dermatology, Rheumatology, and Gastroenterology to develop and ultimately deliver comprehensive quarterly peer-to-peer (P2P) plans using strategically relevant meeting titles with strong advocates. Ownership for strategic mapping of regional P2P programmes to deliver the right message, at the right time for the right customer based on TBM informed segmentation.
  • Upon the strategic direction of your TBMs and the NTAs, help organize and facilitate regional speaker tours, coordinating logistics such as scheduling, venue selection, and speaker briefings to drive optimal beliefs and behaviours for our brands.
  • Close collaboration with fellow P2P Coordinators to identify best practices and strong advocates from other areas of the UK to pitch ideas to your TBMs for the benefit of the business in your region.
  • Working closely with the NTAs and your local TBM colleagues, identify opportunities to maximise international or national head office led webinars either through single-sign-on registrations or local child-meetings.
  • Along with the TBMs and MEA, coordinate Medical Education Associate programs in the region, liaising with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful educational initiatives that contribute to the professional development of HCPs.
  • Manage the process for HCP sponsorships to national and international congresses, including delegate management and coordination of logistics with the National Marketing Coordinator, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • In close collaboration with your cross-functional team, implement strategies and systems to streamline administrative tasks for TBMs, providing support in areas such as documentation, reporting, material delivery and logistics management, allowing TBMs to focus more on strategic activities and HCP engagement.
  • By pooling P2P management into the regional coordinators who will become SMEs, we can manage the improve the level of risk concerned with these activities e.g. independent meeting process, materials available at meetings, speaker briefings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business administration).
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a similar coordination or project management role.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations governing interactions with HCPs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
