Your Role

and What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s market presence and support business growth. This role involves coordinating regional activities, supporting the opening of new locations, and collaborating with various teams within the Business Development and Marketing department. The Regional Marketing Manager will serve as the primary contact for Regional Managing Partners and ensure alignment with the firm’s overall brand and external communications strategy and beyond and will be a key player in our GTM ambitions.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives and brand guidelines. Coordinate regional marketing activities to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation in local markets. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the opening of new office locations within the UK. Work closely with the Business Development, Campaigns and Events, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. Prepare and manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of regional marketing activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Implement lead capture methods during events and ensure timely follow-up to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers. About You Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools. Proven experience in regional marketing management, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to tailor marketing strategies to meet the needs of both B2B and B2C clients.
