Company:MarshDescription:R328015 Claims Solutions UK Claims Preparation Practice Leader We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Solutions team at Marsh Risk Consulting to lead our Claims Preparation team. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.A position to work in Marsh Claims Solutions which provides consulting services to clients in relation to a variety of claims related issues. The Claims Preparation team specifically supports clients with the preparation presentation and negotiation of their major and complex losses. The Claims Preparation Leader will lead a team of circa 30 professionals from a variety of disciplines including Adjusters Accountants Surveyors and Engineers. The team works across all client segments across the UK firm from SME through to large multinational in addition to supporting global London placed speciality clients in the energy and construction sectors. The team is based in London and throughout the UK.The Practice leader is responsible for ensuring our client value proposition and delivery is best in class we attract nurture develop and retain the best talent and we meet all financial objectives to grow the business.The Practice Leader reports into the UK Claims Solutions Leader and works alongside the Sales Leader and other pillar leaders within the Claims Solutions business.
