**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Maintaining front office duties
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Preparing documents
- Checking in & out vehicle
- Carrying out request from management as needed
- Ensuring all stationary and office trays are topped up
- Liaising with Solicitors & Insurance companies
- Answering telephone calls
- Liaising with potential customers
- Taking down new claims
- Setting up files
- Writing correspondence
- Client file handling
- FNOL Experience required
- Recovering Credit Hire invoices

**Qualifications**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to claims processing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Motor Claims Handling: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
