As our Bilingual Care Coordinatoryou will have a unique hybrid opportunity to primarily serve as a back-end adviser while also seeking ways to support Wellthy members on the front this role you will address the unique caretaking needs of families and members within APAC by organizing and managing care plans. Your primary responsibilities will involve back-end logistical tasks such as finding the right provider managing medical bills making appointments tracking medications and vetting facilities and insurance. Additionally you will own a subset of Care Projects that enhance the member experience and allow you to connect with families and caregivers when opportunities arise.You will report directly to the Director of Care Global Team.To be successful in this role:Utilize your expertise skills and judgment to advise research coordinate and effectively execute healthcare-related tasks for members and families across diverse global markets with a particular focus on the Europe region.Have a strong understanding and be sensitive to the care needs of a working family taking into account varying cultural social and healthcare system differences across regions.Continuously learn and contribute to a broader understanding of global service-related areas to support your growth and development especially during peak periods or regional surges in demand..Support the improvement and localization of Wellthy Guides and Community Resources to reflect regional nuances and cultural considerationsCollaborate on non-client-specific initiatives including providing feedback and suggestions related to Wellthys global products services marketing and guides.Maintain a subset of care projects and tasks supporting both on the front lines and guiding Wellthy members through their care experiences.QualificationsTo be successful in this role youll need to be open to learning experimenting and evolving. Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity around how tools like AI can support your workflow or help families more effectively is a plus.University Degree in Social Work or a healthcare-related profession and/or advanced degrees are a plus5 years work experience in a healthcare role Social Work Patient Advocacy etcStrong fluency in English with Tamil as secondary requirements.Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to navigate the healthcare sector with prior experience working across global markets and diverse healthcare landscapes.Strong ethical standards and a respect for client confidentialityAbility to integrate and collaborate well with others while adapting to evolving service experiencesExperience developing and facilitating care plansProviding ongoing hands-on support for complex healthcare situationsExperience creating high-touch customer journey experienceRemote work experience with proficiency with macOS systems GSuite Slack and 1PasswordTotal Rewards PackageThe starting salary for this position is 49943.25-67000.00.Remote work environment.Bundled supplemental insurance inclusive of Pension Medical and DentalPension Scheme and employer contributionMental health benefits.Employees accrue 20 days of Flexible Vacation annually based on their work schedule (e.g. 120 hours for a 40-hour week) with additional days accrued after the third anniversary: 21 days after 3-4 years 23 days after 4-5 years and 25 days after 5 years up to a maximum of 25 days.Sick and Caregiving Days.Professional development initiatives for growth.Generous parental leave (maternal and paternal) during a new childs first year (born into family or adopted) and pregnancy loss leave.Role Requirements:To work remotely you must have a strong internet connection quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction free) environment.LocationThis is a remote and UK based opportunity.
