Requirements
Your Impact:
As a pivotal addition to our Customer Success team, you'll play a key role in shaping our client engagement strategy and ensuring our continued success. Together, we work closely to:
- Leverage marketing automation tools to spearhead successful digital marketing campaigns
- Analyse performance data to optimise and tailor reward programmes for maximum engagement
- Guide clients through product onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction
- Unearth and capitalise on opportunities to boost account growth and retention
- Deliver compelling presentations and training to clients, backed by insightful data analytics
- Proven Experience in Customer Success or Account Management: Demonstrated ability in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction in the SaaS or technology sector
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand and align customer objectives with Propello Cloud solutions, driving mutual success
- Exceptional Communication Skills: From presenting to CMOs to training client teams, your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively is key
- Analytical Prowess: Comfort with data analysis to inform strategies and prove ROI to clients
- Team Player Attitude: A belief in collaboration and mutual growth, sharing successes and learning opportunities with the team
