Due to market opportunities, the business is currently seeking a new Commercial Manager for the North East England region. This successful individual will focus on senior level NHS and private customers, driving growth, breaking down barriers and hunting/creating opportunities in this competitive marketplace. They will support the local Account Managers and together, ensure their portfolio is the portfolio of choice throughout the local ICSs and Tissue Viability / Meds Management community.


Key responsibilities:

  • Create effective strategic proposals to NHS Organisations to achieve improved patient outcomes and cost efficiencies.
  • Present products/the portfolio with the aim of achieving formulary status within NHS Trusts / ICS structures.
  • Effectively and creatively protect current business from loss of market share or formulary status.
  • Proactively analyse and use all available sales, marketing and health economic data to guide the strategic and tactical approach within the region.


To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following profile:

  • 3+ years success in wound/compression sales, meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Have a demonstrable track record of driving revenue growth having developed and nurtured relationships at senior levels in the health economy.
  • Secured and protected formulary wins and successes with local ICSs by offering and positioning value added services alongside product portfolios.
