A recent winner of many industry awards including, 'Employer of the Year' is seeking a new Front of House coordinator to bring enthusiasm, efficiency and energy to their architecture practice in West London.
With staff, clients and exterior suppliers all coming through the doors of the studio, you will be responsible for managing reception, assisting with office duties and providing support to staff when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer the telephone and pass on messages.
- Welcome visitors and record their arrival and departure.
- Ensure front of house and the office is tidy and clean at all times.
- Oversee scheduled internal meetings, including the booking of all meeting areas and organise any catering requirements.
- Arrange meetings, couriers and taxis as required.
- Assist Operations Director with fire marshal duties and risk assessments.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative environment.
- An organised, efficient and thorough working outlook.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to manage workload and work within a team.
- Helpful, attentive, fast working and polite.
- Well spoken with a high standard of presentation.
