Duties:

  • Completing disciplinary meetings, outcome meetings and investigations
  • Attending exit interviews
  • Working alongside line managers to oversee absence management
  • Process occupational health referrals
  • Posting advert for jobs and shortlisting candidates
  • Completing full onboarding process for new starters
  • Compliance and auditing authority
  • Overseeing health and safety

Essential experience / skills:

  • CIPD Level 3 or above
  • HR Administration, Compliance Administration or HR Advisor experience
  • Experience working in a stand alone role with the ability to use initiative to make decisions
  • Recruitment administration knowledge (compliance, RTW, onboarding etc)
