About this Role We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Temperature Control Solutions team, focusing on our innovative inflatable structures. This is a sales-driven role where you'll be responsible for growing revenue, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring our solutions deliver real value. Generate new business and win hire orders within your area Visit customers and prospects to uncover opportunities Deliver quotations and proposals to match client needs Drive order conversion through strong pipeline management Build lasting relationships with key accounts About You You'll thrive in a sales environment and be motivated by hitting targets and growing your patch. With a people-first approach, you know how to listen to customers, spot opportunities, and turn interest into long-term business.
