Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in the East Midlands. This role is vital in driving growth and expanding our client base within the landscaping, fencing, and grounds maintenance industry. Based in the East Midlands, you will play a key part in supporting our company's mission to deliver exceptional outdoor solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the house building and construction sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Manage sales pipelines using CRM software.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Monitor market trends to identify new growth areas.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic planning.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the construction or landscaping industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience with market analysis and strategic planning is advantageous.

The role comes with a very competitive commission structure as well as a company car or car allowance
