About the role

Reporting to the Finance Director the Business Administrator will be responsible for managing all administration with regard to sales enquiries & customer relationships management. The business administrator will also play a vital role in supporting the organisation by monitoring processes, maintaining data accuracy, and generating insightful reports. Key duties include:

  • Process monitoring and management: maintaining daily dashboards and periodic reconciliation reports.
  • Daily monitoring of Bid Portals and Incoming Sales emails: creating records and allocating tasks for action.
  • Configuration Management: Creating the structure for the sales team to work utilising Salesforce system.
  • Meeting Management: Taking comprehensive minutes during business meetings, capturing key decisions and action points.
  • Action Management: Document, maintain, and update action items assigned during meetings. Track progress and chase action items with assigned owners until completion.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CRM system.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generating reports using the CRM system and Excel, including pivot tables and charts to visualize sales data and performance metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes for increased efficiency.

About you

  • Applicants should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience within an Operations or Administrative position with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • You will have well developed MS Office skills, good Excel and ideally knowledge of the SalesForce system
  • In addition you will be an strong relationship builder with a positive & collaborative approach
