Reports to: Plant Manager
Hours of Work: 40 per week (Mon - Fri 8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Type of Contract: Permanent

**Purpose of the role**:
To provide efficient administrative and planning support within various departments of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the hire-desk in raising hire/purchase orders for external suppliers.
- Processing on/off-hire requests on Coins CRM.
- Generating live hire reports on a monthly-basis and issuing these to the projects.
- Liaising with the yard supervisor, and transport manager to coordinate and plan deliveries of internal and external kit.
- Processing delivery notes on Coins CRM to mark orders as delivered.
- Filing of paperwork.
- Supporting the team in day to day issues, needs and queries.
- General Housekeeping & Admin Support.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Hire desk experience essential.
- Knowledge of Coins CRM system advantageous.
- Able to manage competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks.
- Good Excel and Outlook skills.
- Demonstrates dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task.
- Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams.
- Be resourceful and able to use own initiative in solving issues.
- Friendly, polite and approachable with a "can do" attitude.
