Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer looking to lead complex automotive projects within a dynamic engineering environment? This could be your next move


The Company:

A leading automotive supplier known for its innovation and commitment to quality, providing top-tier engineering solutions across the industry.


What You’ll Do:

Drive the successful delivery of cutting-edge manufacturing projects from concept to launch, ensuring exceptional quality and on-time execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex products from concept to launch
  • Oversee suppliers to meet timing and cost targets
  • Develop and test new processes and equipment
  • Create PFMEAs, control plans, and operating instructions
  • Sign off new equipment and run capability studies
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives for the plant


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a 1st tier automotive supplier role
  • Proficiency in AIAG & VDA 7 Step for PFMEAs
  • OEM collaboration experience
  • Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing expertise
  • MS Project skills; AutoCAD is a plus
  • Strong project management capabilities


What Else You Need to Know:

  • Hybrid working model with travel to UK/global sites
  • 3 days a week onsite, 2 days working from home
  • 40 hours per week: Mon-Thu 07:30-16:15, Fri 07:30-15:00
