Job Summary

A leading global business in the manufacturing of safety-critical components for high-tech aerospace assemblies seeks 2 x Advanced Manufacturing Specialists to join their team and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

About the Role

This is a critical opportunity for experienced Production Engineers or hands-on Manufacturing Engineers looking to take their skills to the next level within a high-precision engineering environment.

The successful candidate will have expertise in production capacity planning and forecasting, proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies, and experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to calculate costs for BID processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Flow Management and Optimization
  • Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) Development
  • Production Layout Design and Planning
  • Material Flow Optimization and Control
  • Development of Manufacturing Methods and Processes
  • Specification, Installation, Commissioning, and Approval of New Equipment
  • Contractor Management and Coordination
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Expertise in production capacity planning and forecasting
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to respond urgently to production stoppages
  • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to calculate costs for BID processes

The salary for this role is up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
