A well established facilities maintenance company are looking for a temporary Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team, helping to support on delivering excellent customer service and organising works to be carried out efficently. This position is offering a great opportunity to gain experience in a well recognised company and a quick start. Tenant Liaison OfficerMon-Fri (8-5pm/ 40hours)Temporary - 3 monthsBirmingham ( office/ site based)£16-18ph via umbrellaAs a Tenant Liaison Officer, your key responsibilities will be:To provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionManaging the customer/resident journey whilst following the client and company engagement procedureslocal community and the Customer Care DepartmentTo develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, the local community and the Customer Care DepartmentCarry out individual resident inductions to include -introduction to process, scope of works, property and personal belongings condition surveys inclusive of photographs for evidenceComplete resident profiling and work with the site management team to implement effective working practices and discuss with the Client's customer care team where appropriateAgree access arrangements with the resident and book appointments to enable the work to their homeAs the successful Tenanr Liaison Officer, you will have the following:Housing/ Neighbourhood, Customer Liaison/ Resident Liaison/ RLO/ CLO/ TLO experienceExperience in the construction industry (preferred)Great customer service experienceHave clean UK Drivers License Previous property maintenance or construction experience would be beneficial If you think you would be a suitable fit, please apply directly or contact (phone number removed) for more details
