New Home Sales Consultant

We are working with a 5 star developer who are looking to add a sales consultant to their team for a development in Preston. This will be a full time position.The purpose of the role is to ensure sales targets are met through negotiation and selling of plots ensuring all aspects of the sale are in conformity with the standards as set by the New Homes Quality Code.Manage the sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions and the sale of finishing touches, to ensure achievement of sales targets.Manage communication and administration associated with sales transactions, including liaising with Solicitors, Estate Agents and Mortgage Advisers to ensure exchange takes place in 42 days, required documentation is provided and the home sale is audit compliant.Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log the customer journey and facilitate timely and accurate management informationComply with the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy and ensure compliance of prospective buyers during site visits and pre-sale and new home demonstrations to minimise incidents and accidents.Essential skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel and WordExperience within a similar role in new homes sales/estate agency or delivering sales in a service environment is advantageousCommercially astute with a good understanding of the market and competitorsAble to build relationships across functions, internally and externallyMinimum of 5 GCSE's A-C or above is preferredFull UK Driving Licence is requiredIf you are interested in this role, please contact Danielle Wynne on (phone number removed)
