This is a full-time role (40 hours per week across 5 days including some weekends on a rota basis).The Administration Lead plays a key role in ensuring that all admin processes are efficient accurate and patient-focused. Leading the admin team (currently a team of 4) day-to-day youll make sure every interaction with our patients is clear concise and correct. Youll maintain patient confidentiality at all times and have a full understanding of patient pathways and appointment processes to ensure a smooth journey.Youll also oversee team rotas managing sickness absence & staffing levels liaising with senior management reviewing current systems and ways of working to identify any areas of improvement coordinating patient travel be the first port of call for any issues or queries and maintaining databases.
