Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Warrington

Job Type: Full-Time

At Integra People, we are currently seeking experience Finance Manager to manage our financial accounts and support our continued success. As part of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity of our business and providing vital financial insights to guide our strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial accounts.
  • Create, review, and maintain budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with legal regulations.
  • Compile detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyse accounting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and variances, and propose solutions.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports to support decision-making.
  • Investigate accounting discrepancies and explore potential issues to maintain financial integrity.
  • Provide financial planning and advisory support to Senior Directors.
  • Assist in the preparation of income and expenditure accounts and payments.
  • Ensure all reporting deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of finance principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is desirable.
