Fast paced and successful we would like a sales professional to grow our sales in to the Social Sector across Scotland.The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service, along with proven ability to develop, strengthen, and secure long-term business relationships.Our Contracts Division works with leading construction firms to provide: UK-manufactured kitchens from unrivalled local stock Design support for efficient, accessible layouts Project coordination backed by 900+ depots nationwideWe’re built to support developments at scale – without compromise.What You’ll Be DoingPromoting and selling our full range of Howdens kitchens, accessories, appliances, and joinery productsEnsuring all processes are followed effectively and projects are delivered within agreed budgetsGrown new and existing customer baseBuild strong relationships across construction and Kitchen industriesWork with Kitchen Designers to deliver smart, practical solutionsHandle enquiries professionally and promote our full product rangeGuide customers through 3D design walkthroughs onlineLiaise with Depots and NDCs to ensure customer satisfactionWhat We Need From YouMust have direct field sales experienceBusiness development experience gained ideally within construction or trade only environmentSelling into Social Sector contracts customers is advantageousKitchen sales experience is ideal.Ability to plan and organise own workloadOutstanding presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to influence customers on order to realistically meeting expectationsHold a full driving licenseWhat We Can Offer You£45-55,0000 OTECompany car, laptop and mobileExcellent pension scheme (company contribution of up to 12%)25 days rising to 27 days after 5 years’ service and 30 days after 10 years’ serviceStaff discount on Howdens productsShare awards and prize drawsAbout HowdensHowdens Joinery is the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier providing thousands of products across kitchens, joinery, and hardware.
