Contract Scotland are delighted to be working with a regional construction and fit-out company to source an experienced Site Manager to support their upcoming work in the East of Scotland. Built upon quality, trust and innovation, our client has grown aprestigious client base and secured a strong pipeline of diverse developments.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Day-to-day site management.
- Ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining and developing site records.
- Pushing forward projects in line with budget.
- Driving project quality standards.
- Maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
- Playing a key role in mentoring and training junior members on-site.
To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable construction management experience within the Scottish construction industry, expert communication skills, and a keen drive to work collaboratively toward the success of shared goals. Previous retailexperience would be a bonus.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary, circa £45,000 (DOE), a company car or car allowance, private healthcare, generous holiday entitlement and a matched pension scheme.
