Regional Manager - North (Edinburgh to Middlesborough)As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all retail services across the region. You will liaise with multiple site-based clients, managing the relationship in each location, ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. You will deliver business performance in a commercial manner, ensuring operational and financial KPIs are met.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate a team of unit Managers to deliver exceptional retail offers within the units.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contract compliance to exceed client expectations.Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure Compass and brand standards are met while also ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.Monitor and support your team, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate. Manage labour and controllable costs within all unitsHave a commercial mindset to deliver profitability within the units.Essential Skills2+ Years experience at a senior level as a Area / Regional manager leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver resultsPrevious multi-site retail background with P&L responsibility. Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
