The Lomond Group are looking for a talented and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join their marketing department, taking ownership of all marketing for their brands in Scotland, most notably DJ Alexander.

DJ Alexander was acquired by The Lomond Group at the end of 2021, joining the network of market leading lettings and estate agents with the aim to strengthen the DJ Alexander brand in Scotland. They are now looking to boost their internal marketing teamin Scotland to enable them to deliver immediate and sustainable growth and achieve their vision of being the best.

The Regional Marketing Manager will deliver dedicated marketing support to the Scotland region and create and implement commercially focused marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive quality leads to leverage growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing at The Lomond Group, the key responsibilities in this role are, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for all marketing activities for DJ Alexander and any future acquisitions across Scotland.
- Create and implement annual regional marketing plans and campaigns.
- Work closely with the group marketing team and supporting agencies to ensure key messages are effectively portrayed through both online and offline channels.
- Be an ambassador for the regional brands within the central marketing function, ensure all communications are delivered effectively.
- Attend quarterly campaign planning meetings with the Head of Marketing and hold month meetings with the Scotland region to report on marketing activity and the ROI.
- Take lead on all internal and external communications, delivering engaging marcomms to the region to drive visibility and brand attention nationally.
- Work closely with the regional teams to gather information and content to build stand-out marketing plans to raise awareness of the brands within the Scottish region.
- Deliver community engagement activities to maximise exposure and opportunities.
- Be a strong brand guardian, always ensuring the brand guidelines are adhered at all touchpoints.

The successful person in this role will be an ambitious self-started who is commercial minded and happy to think on their feet and deliver standout marketing campaigns. You will have a true passion for marketing, be adaptable to a fast-paced environmentand be able to deliver work to tight deadlines whilst remaining focused on delivering results.

Qualifications and experience required for this role:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with experience working in the lettings or estate agency industry.
- A strong copy writer with a creative flair able to deliver engaging communications.
- Works efficiently, is highly organised and with a strong eye for detail.
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and use their own initiative.
- Confident to build relationships and present and communicate ideas both internally and externally.
- Analytical and able to report on the ROI of campaigns and report back to senior management.
- IT literate with experience using the Microsoft Suite, adobe, CMS and CRM systems.
- A team player who is tenacious and excited to take on a high level of responsibility and grow in their career.
