**Marketing Manager - Edinburgh (weekly travel to Glasgow)**

This innovative property group have national presence, but now represent once of Scotland's most successful letting agents. They are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to be the ambassador for the local brand, driving business growth and championingthe brand presence through carefully planned multichannel marketing. Due to this new acquisition, they are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to join their ever growing marketing team.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Develop annual marketing plans to deliver to agreed objectives
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align the local brand with the national property group
- Content planning and copywriting
- Strategic input based on commercial awareness
- Social Media management
- Local PR, events and launches
- Briefing internal teams and external agencies to deliver excellent campaigns
- Work closely with the local regional team to understand the brand, it's challenges and messaging
- Supplier relationship management

**Skills and experience required;**
- Demonstrable experience in a similar marketing role (minimum two years)
- A strong creative flair and the ability to create beautiful copy and engaging communications
- Highly efficient, organised and can manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Confident with the ability to build relationships at a senior level, both internally and externally
- Confident presenter with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas in a clear and engaging way
- Able to work to deadlines and on own initiative
- High attention to detail and meticulously organised
- Highly IT literate with experience of effective use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, CMS and CRM systems
- Property sector knowledge beneficial, but not essential
- Strong regional knowledge

You'll be working on a well known Scottish brand, driving incremental business growth and supporting their exciting local projects. You'll be given the support required by the local marketing team but also the autonomy to run the marketing to the best ofyour ability.
