The Graduate in Training (GIT) position is expected to be a short-term transitional role that provides both work assignments and training opportunities to prepare GITs to be promoted into Management positions.

From the date of entry into the GIT program, it may be possible to progress to a management position within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on the prior experience and performance of the GIT.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Graduate Trainee, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.

You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership (examples include athletics, organizations/clubs, volunteerism or similar).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £21,365.00-£26,789.00 per year
