They believe that building and maintaining a high level of trust with suppliers, as well as customers, is crucial in continuing an honest and transparent working supply chain, supporting all suppliers and encouraging them individually on their continuous journeys. * A long history, strong infrastructure, well-financed and ambitions to grow * Highly commercial and operational * Great culture with a collaborative team * Opportunity to grow and developThe purpose of the Management Accountant is to provide support to the Finance Director and the wider finance team: * Preparing monthly management accounts * Monthly balance sheet reconciliations * Foreign currency management * Invoice discounting submissions * Processing rebates * Stock reconciliations * VAT Returns * Management of the Assistant Accountant * Cover for P/L and S/L if required * Other ad hoc duties as requiredThis search is not limited to any industry. Candidates with previous experience are required: * The successful candidate will be qualified or studying towards a professional qualification, CIMA or ACCA * Staff management experience is required * Must be able to work on your initiative and not be afraid to make suggestions/improvements * Good IT skills are essential including Excel * Prior use of Sage is desirable
