Identify insights and opportunities to design propositions that improve experience, engagement, and access. Lead propositions from concept → research → business case → launch → ongoing optimisation. Create clear and compelling value propositions and positioning. Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Marketing, BD and Ops teams to launch new and improved services. Own theconsumer proposition roadmapand support wider strategic planning.Must-Have / Key Skills Experience in proposition development, product marketing, service design, or consumer insight work. Ability to turn qualitative and quantitative insight intoclear proposition direction and decisions . Strong commercial awareness — able to develop business cases and understand revenue drivers. Experience supporting or leadinggo-to-market planningand launches. Excellent cross-functional communication skills — able toinfluence without authority .
