Whilst providing expert technical support the Service Desk Engineer will ensure incidents and requests are resolved in an efficient and professional manner in line with service level commitments. This role lends itself to progression and development opportunities within the organisation. Were looking for someone withPrevious IT experience ideally within a service desk environment A good technical understanding including ideally a knowledge of Windows 365 Active Directory and Exchange.Exceptional customer service skills Great organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure at times Be well looked afterHappy people make happy businesses.
