My client is a thriving and rapidly growing Managed Service Provider who have added over a dozen high profile clients in the last week alone
As the IT Support Engineer, you will provide day to day support for the clients' servers and telephony systems alongside other IT Support Engineers, regularly learning from Senior IT Support Engineers. You will provide first-class support resolving ticketsquickly in a fast-paced environment, building client relationships as you go.

You will be able to gain Microsoft and Citrix qualifications which are fully paid for
