Role: SMB Account Executive

Salary: £38K Basic (Double-OTE)

Working: London one-day per week in office


We're recruiting on behalf of a scale-up organisation providing SaaS solutions to the construction and property industries, to join their expanding team managing the full-sales cycle. In this role, you'll be closing new business deals on projects worth up to £20million, and will work directly with the Head of Business Development who has a strong track record at leading high-performance sales teams. This role is ideal for a high-performing SDR, used to building pipeline, that is wanting to move into a closing role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and property technology sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
  • Assist in developing strategic plans to drive market growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Support in the analysis of market trends and the identification of new market segments.


About You:

  • Energetic self-starter with a keen interest in business development and sales.
  • Experience performing outbound sales activities, with a consistent track-record of developing pipeline.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proactive and analytical thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Experience in the tech sector, especially in SaaS or construction technology, is advantageous.
