We invest in new and existing homes provide money advice and wellbeing employment and training support and build strong partnerships to support inclusive growth.We have an exciting position available for Income Specialist to join usYoull deliver a high-quality income management service to customers maximising income collection for your designated properties and improving upon performance KPIs. This includes the responsibility of managing cases through the court process ensuring compliance with the pre-action protocol and leading on eviction proceedings in line with One Manchesters policies and proceduresWhat were looking for: Experience of income collection debt recovery and credit control Experience of working in a targeted environment and delivering on KPIs An understanding of the County Court rules and procedures and relevant government legislation for dealing with debt and experience presenting cases in Court Ability to negotiate implement and monitor payment arrangements with customers using methods appropriate and sensitive to their circumstances. Knowledge of the Welfare Benefits system and sign posting for assistance to internal/external agencies.
