They are looking for a **Commercial Income Specialist (1 post )** to join their Commercial Services team.

The Commercial Income Specialist will pursue and collect debt owed to our client, S4B, and its clients. You will need to monitor rent accounts for both S4B and our client Market Rented ensuring procedures are followed to collect debt promptly. You will monitorS4B service charge and ground rent accounts taking appropriate action, in line with the lease terms and our client/S4B Arrears Recovery Procedure, to achieve performance targets for service charge and ground rent debts.

Additionally, you will be required to liaise with leaseholders and third parties i.e mortgagees, bailiffs, solicitors and freeholders in the recovery of outstanding debts in compliance with our client/S4B policies and procedures. You will ensure customersare contacted at the appropriate times to secure rent payments and to address increasing arrears.

This role is home based and there is no requirement to attend the office daily, but you will be required to attend neighbourhoods and/or sites as required to fulfil duties of the role.
