My client a well renowned global professional services organisation are looking to recruit aRisk Transfer Pension Director based in London, Birmingham or Manchester . A hybrid role that would require two days a week in the office.

Seeking an experienced, highly motivated pension professional specialising in Risk Transfer work. The candidate will help to lead and grow our team in the fast moving and exciting Risk Transfer space. The candidate will lead relationships with clients, insurers and other third parties and be responsible for building new relationships and winning new projects for the team. They will need to be driven and passionate about growing a business and providing a high level of service.

Main duties and responsibilities:

As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Support team to improve and evolve ways of working when necessary.

Arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments and experiences to help people realise their potential and support their long-term aspirations.
