Oliver James Associates Ltd. is seeking a qualified pensions actuary to join their Pension Risk Transfer team as an Associate Director. This role offers a national resourcing approach, allowing you to work from any UK location while being part of client teams from other offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead pension risk transfer activities, leveraging experience from consultancy or BPA providers.
  2. Develop and implement risk reduction strategies for large DB pension schemes.
  3. Mentor and coach junior pensions actuaries, fostering delegation skills and a culture of knowledge sharing.

This role presents an opportunity to work with a reputable pensions consultancy, renowned for its expertise in advising on and implementing risk reduction strategies for some of the largest DB pension schemes in the UK. Requirements:
  1. FIA qualification with post-qualification experience.
