Juice is excited to be recruiting for a growing surveying company in Bristol.
About the Role:
- Overseeing multiple multi-site domestic clients.
- Collaborating with project administrators to ensure task completion.
- Handling all client communication and inboxes, and attending meetings.
- Performing daily administrative tasks and maintaining records, financial reports, and projects using the TEAMs system.
- Coordinating surveyor bookings and planning routes.
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs.
- Keeping financial records and purchase orders up to date.
- Addressing client complaints.
About You:
- 2+ years in project coordination.
- Extensive administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Quick learner with IT systems.
- Strong skills in client relations and project coordination with large scale clients.
- Excellent client relations and customer service skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience in social or council housing (desirable).
