Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator/Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our finance team, focusing on:

  • Providing essential support in credit control and sales transactions.
  • Managing bank-related tasks and administrative duties.
  • Communicating financial information effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Conducting credit assessments for prospective clients.
  • Assisting the Credit Controller and contributing to various finance projects.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a finance-related role, preferably within a professional services context.
  • A strong interest in finance, complemented by solid administrative skills.
  • GCSEs in Mathematics and English at Grade C or above, along with a minimum of 2 A-levels or equivalent qualifications. An AAT qualification or degree would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
