The role: Responsible for the delivery of both virtual and face to face training for the whole estate providing focused induction and support to new builds and projects this role is responsible for developing and delivering engaging care and clinical workshops and training. The role will require some travel. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with different departments and the Regulatory Care and Compliance team to understand the needs of the homes for both care and clinical training.
  • Working with New Builds team to plan for new builds and acquisitions.
  • Delivering induction programmes and Team Leader workshops
  • Driving participation and delivering training in areas of the Seacole Academy
  • Provide competency assessment for both care and clinical areas.

  • Delivering all aspects of Care and Clinical training.
  • Creating workshops and materials
  • Full, clean drivers’ licence
