Job Title: Domiciliary Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care team in providing high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and governance to ensure the delivery of holistic care services.
  • Maintain high levels of occupancy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless and efficient care delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care services and quality.
  • Manage and motivate staff to achieve excellent care outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manager role within the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of health and social care practices and regulations.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to allocate resources effectively and have good financial management.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards applying to adult social care.
