Senior Partner - Pension and Investment


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner to lead and expand our Actuarial, Investment and Pension Risk Management practice. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the pensions industry, capable of driving growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering high-impact solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth and development of our Actuarial Investment and Pension Risk Management services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on complex challenges faced by clients.
  • Oversee the delivery of consulting services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and shaping go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and in public forums, enhancing market presence and thought leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the pensions and investment industry, ideally with experience of leading a consulting practice.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership in a consultancy environment, including managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial management and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage key client relationships.
  • Experience in a senior leadership role with profit and loss responsibility.
