Silver Swan is currently seeking professional, experienced Residential Security Agents to join a team of 8 full time employees, working together on a rota basis. The Residential Security Agent will be based on a stunning estate near Virginia Water, Surrey, and will ideally be locally based as there is no accommodation provided. Applicants must be proven team players; you will need to work seamlessly together and will be required to report directly to the family's head of security. The Residential Security Agent will oversee the security of the property, annex-buildings and estate, ensuring a safe and secure environment for the clients, their family, guests and other staff. This role demands professional trained candidates who are naturally vigilant while presenting a polished demeanour, who hold a current SIA licence, and possess a genuine passion for delivering a five-star service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the estate and its buildings are secure at all times
  • Follow the required security processes and make frequent and thorough patrols
  • Monitor electronic security systems and respond appropriately to alarms or other security alerts
  • Complete safety inspections, identifying and reporting any hazards immediately
  • Completing task specific checklists on a regular basis, entering data and keeping up to date logs
  • Greeting and validating visitors, contractors, and deliveries coming to the property
  • Providing initial FPOS response and care for medical emergencies
  • Supporting private event security

Ideal candidate:

  • MUST have the right to live and work in the UK
  • Own transport required
  • SIA licence, First Aid, FPOS
  • 2+ years’ experience of security experience - military, RST, police etc. would be ideal
  • Flexible to work a variety of days and hours including nights and weekends

Package:

  • Working week: The role follows a shift-based roster, with the basic week requiring four, 12-hour shifts, per 7-day period. Any extra shifts worked will be paid as overtime, at £18 per hour
