This endeavor plays a crucial role in facilitating HS2 trains to journey from London to Birmingham and further to Manchester. Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to identify the required skills, experience, and personal attributes in candidates.
  • Execute headhunting strategies to target passive candidates.
  • Utilize various innovative sourcing methods like job boards, networking, partnerships, and social media for candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team and parent companies to ensure a seamless candidate journey.
  • Demonstrate experience in high-volume resourcing with a deep understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach to drive positive change and enhance the employer brand.

Requirements:

  • Proven administration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent worker with good judgment and initiative.
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and proactive mindset.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for creating reports.
