We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate II to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues specific to BNYs Trade services, and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.
- Supports clients in addressing complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
- May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities
- Monitors client inquiries, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Supports multiple, moderately complex client accounts.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services required.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
