Delivery Team Leader – Apprenticeships- Leicester

What You'll Do:

  • As a Delivery Team Leader, you’ll lead and inspire a team of tutors delivering technical apprenticeship programs, ensuring top-tier performance and compliance
  • You will manage and build strong relationships with major customers.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Team Leading: Managing delivery teams to meet learner success goals.
  • Data-driven excellence: Ensuring data accuracy in systems to increase performance.
  • Continuous improvement: Sharing best practices to enhance program delivery.
  • Engagement & support: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, from Quality Teams to customers, to deliver seamless learning experiences.
  • Quality assurance: Conduct learning walks and observe training sessions to maintain high teaching standards.


What We're Looking For:

  • We need a motivated individual with a background in either training, apprenticeship delivery or teaching and leadership experience.
  • Experience supervising staff and ensuring their success.
  • Strong organisational and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
