Our client is a fast-paced and dynamic SME, focused on delivering engineering services and overhauls to heavy industrial environments. A £50m turnover, profitable organisation that is undergoing transformation into a group of companies with Private Equity backing.


Due to the expansion of their portfolio there now exists an opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team to drive revenue and merge the sales operations of the group. You will develop and execute the Group’s strategy for business growth in target market sectors, through visible leadership and strong engagement with new and existing customers.


We are seeking:

  • Demonstrable experience in generating revenue (B2B) and aligning multiple sales operations.
  • Experienced and comfortable in an SME, owner operator environment.
  • Awareness and understanding of heavy engineering environments (Rail, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering).
  • High level of strategic input.
  • Exceptional Communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Private Equity is ideal but not essential.

The Process


As a pivotal role for this organisation, you will complete 2 screening tasks following an initial ‘sense check’ with the consultant before meeting the client. Plus psychometric testing if progressing to further client interviews. Estimated process time 2-3 weeks from initial conversation.
