OBSS Technology is in search of a Program Manager with 15+ years of experience, for a client in UK operating in the banking sector, to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving project success and ensuring alignment with company objectives and the role requires a deep understanding of business case-oriented delivery and agile methodologies.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
  • Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and lessons learned.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, PMP certification preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment in data projects.
  • Previous experience in data warehouse and/or BI implementation/modernization projects
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of program management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
